    I have always used 10/30 or 10/40 motor oil and have never had any trouble from it. Gear oil doesnt break down as quick but in cold weather you need to like the bike run and warm it up before riding, tranny oil works great also you just need to change alot more often.

    I havent had any trouble with any of the suspension bolts which I assume are the ones that take the most stress, I just took all my suspension apart and the bolts still look the same as they did when I put them in if that makes you feel any better.

    80w gear oil, regular motor oil, tranny fluid take your pick.

    I didnt have any problems with mine. I dont know if this help but the tops of mine are stamped with A2-70 I havent been able to find any bolts long enough for the upper a arms yet the kit has everything for the plastics. This one shows they are there, I may be able to get the food peg bolts I'll check next time Im buy the place that sells them.

    I wouldnt run the av if your at 220lbs and another question is why do you have it so high?

    I never heard of anyone having any trouble with the metal tech swingarms or the t-dub ones either. The guy that builds the t-dub arms is a memeber on PS his name there is twalker I believe.

    you can always sell off some parts, it will just take longer to finish. Now that I brought that subject up I want your a arms and axle I know what you mean about the $$$ you shell out for builds the only difference is that I dont put mine on the CC but I have taken out many loans.

    Yes it is and I'm pretty sure they ported it not Trinity, I think he was using it as a reference for cost.

    If you dont care about ruining the flywheel just use a 3 jaw puller.

    I should add that I dont hardly do any jumping only fast trails, dunes and woods, Ill leave the jumping up to Mike

    3% doesnt seem like it will make a difference, I burned probably close to 500 gallons of diesel this week.

    Yep relocated overflow, It is a cheesy bracket I bent to hold it.
