I did something similar on my banshee, but i was only in fourth gear when it happend, and i hit the tree with almost that much speed, you're right, everything seems to go into sloooowwww motion. and the brakes were all locked up. I got thrown over the front, only to be watching the shee do a front flip while im upside down. i ended up crunchin the frame down almost on the axle, i bent the steering stem, folded itp .190 rims onto the rotor, and bent 1 a-arm, it wasn't a good day for me when i did that.

i dunno, i had a set of dg's on mine when i got it. i ended up borrowing a set of fatties and pwc1's from a friend to try b4 i made my pipe decision, i ended up buyiung t-5's because my dad had them and i knew how they ran. the fatties did have a slight advantage over both the dg's(which are the worst of the three), and the t-5's, but i think that the midrange and top end are both drastically better than the fatties. the t-5's can still lug me around slowly....but is that wat a banshee is made for i personally wouldn't trade my t-5s for ne thing except for maybe trinity stageIV cuz they're stainless steel. just my $.02...

i've got sand stars on the front and back and i don't think that i would trade them for anything , the rears hook up better than i wanted at times, and the fronts steer as good as knobbies did in the sand, but float a hell of a lot better. just my $.02

i've had a question that i've been meaning to ask for quite a while. Will fmf powercore 2 silencers work on toomey t-5 pipes?? i figured they might since toomey silencers work with fmf pipes, but i wasn't sure. thx

i'm with ron, i can't believe mine used to look like that, it doesn't even look the same at all, i think the only thing that wasn't replaced or painted was the headlights and the gas tank. oh man how i miss those j-arms though
