Isn't the point of them to keep your ankle somewhat stiff so u don't break it in the event of a crash. Mine never did break in completely, but wearing them around the garage helps, I just raised the shifter a notch and learned so shift with my whole leg.

Either way i doubt he'll keep up with you, so he might as well upgrade to a shee

Yeah, actually i think the wisecos would have more compression cuz they seem to hold up better. Maybe its just my motor or combination of mods , but with that cutout in the piston, when its up against the head there is a lil more room with the dish in the piston so compression is lowered, but think, its still gonna increase when you go from a bad top end to a new set of superstocks, im not tryin to argue because everyone is going to have their own opinion and that is respectable, but everyone is going to have different results with them. All i said is that i wont go back with them, but i never told ne one they couldn't run them...

Oh, i forgot to mention they drop your compression and you dont have near the low end that you would have before. I bet if they stopped calling them S.S. pistons you wouldn't think as highly of them

Another thing that you should really look into in the near future is a clamp-on style air filter....Just cheap insurance for you motor

Don't bother getting them. Your a lot better off getting standart prolites and getting it ported. I have them and they don't seem to be as good of pistons as the hype is on them. Mine are 2 1/2 yrs old and it''s really low on compression right now. I won't go back with them, i plan to get porting and standard wiseco's next time around....just my $.02

I remember stumbling across a tach once that was made just for a banshee. It was an analog tach that went to either 11 or 12K, and mounted on your handelbars. I thought it was cool till i saw the price tag of $380

.100 is the highest that i have seen advertised...we have a set that is .090 over now.
