somy engine mods are +4 timing , 20cc domes on noss head , and gold series FMF pipes , vforce 2 reeds. and now soon too be a trinity stage 3 ported jugs . so my question is will dual 35 be too much , i plan on swapping my FMF pipes out for a trinity set of pipes or cpi's
ive looked at posts all day about trinity racing ports and how everyone says try passion or fast first . well heres my story my uncle has a set of new jugs with trinity stage 3 porting he never was able to put them on his banshee because he blew his writs out couple months after getting them so im getting these trinity ported jugs for dirt cheap and was wondering if it was worth it plus what kind of hp gains am i going to expect
this winter im planing on stepping up on my engine to a +4 stroker and right now i have a single carb kit with a 35 could i keep that carb and buy another 35 and hook them up or do i have to by a pair that are ment to run dual carbs
yea my mods are in my sig but , i have no port and stock stroke . im running fmf gold series pipes , and i run 94 octane . and i have noss head with 20cc domes . oh and still stock bore
only problem i dont have a stock key and i would have to get one somewere , im at 1100 ft elev . and how would i tell if the timing is to much say 4 -5
yea you will ripp those paddles right off , best tire going around this forum is the honda radial , i would try those first as they are going to be my next tire
so long time ago before timing plates i put in a degree key im pretty sure it was only a +3 from alba but it might be a plus +4 , now my other thing is im running 20cc domes , now would it hurt if i got a timing plate and moved it up one degree so i might be at +4 or +5 , how can you tell if its to much timing and will detanate or not. sorry if this is a dumb question
i use yamalube also great oil ive found .havent fouled a plug ever and 7 years and have only done one top end and everything looked good could have just put rings in and still ran with the same cast piston .
sorry though it was there , i have fmf gold series pipes , 2-1 35' carb set up , vforce 2 reeds , coll head with 20cc domes , +4 timing , wisco ported pistons , lightned flywheel , and no air box
i got cool head with 20cc domes stock port but i have the wisco ported pistons , +4 timing , fmf gold series pipes and trinity 2-1 35' carb set up , lightend flywheel , and vforce2 reeds
well i have the skat trac 8 paddle right now , and it seems that i can spin those pretty easy not really hooking up , with my mods there in the sig would i be able to step it up to a 9 or just try re gearing , also i dont do much draging but alot of hill climbing and jumping
hey right now i ride at 1000ft above see level and im heading here to st anthony dunes in a month and i heard the elevation is around 5000ft so question is how many steps up in jetting , like i have no idea if i sould go up 2 steps or 4 , just dont want to spend most my time playing around with jetting
