  1. Do you know they don't make a 45 mm that I am aware of and if they did you would not be able to carry it. I think you better go back to school and learn a little more about guns before you run your mouth and or kill yourself. That was a little harsh but I would hate to see someone get hurt due to ignorance. 50 mm they run on navy ships. Its a 45 acp and Rugers suck in my opinion as far as autoloaders are concerned. Here is my newest purchase Just so you know that is a sig P226 all stainless .40s&w. Best gun I have shot to date, and that is why you pay for them. I have shot many 45 1911's and I pefer this sig, over every 1911 style gun I have ever shot, including Kimber. Everyone brings up Glocks, well glocks are a good carry gun due to weight, but with them being so light it takes lots of practice to hit with them or get a good grouping. 40 yards is WAY to far to be shooting hanguns. Start at 10 yards and work your way back to 25. Any farther back you are wasting your time. Work on grouping and consistency not how fast or how far you can shoot. Anyway, as far as security for the banshee its called xena locks. Its a disc brake lock with an alarm in it that re-sets itself after 10 seconds. Let me know if you are interested
  2. Where are they out of and do they have a website?
  3. Good. That is good to hear. Who did your porting? What carbs are you running? I mostly ride glamis but hit up Dumont sometimes.
  4. So nobody have actually run these yet then?
  5. I was talking to Dave and he said some of you guys are running the new noss domes. I have some on the way, and was wondering what some of you have experienced with them? How did you like them, how was the powerband etc. Thanks in advance.
  6. Thanks guys. That helped. I am on it. I went out to glamis this weekend, and was hoping to do it before I left but shit came up with the enclosed, so I had to deal with that and I had no time to put the advance on. I will run it next trip for sure.
  7. How do you remove the stator, for a timing advance? I am assuming you need a puller?
  8. What were you even thinking when you posted this? Thats all I can get through my head. Well that and I would like to see tats4life's bike since he said he did beat one. I am callin BS on this one.
  9. I am very interested in your thoughts Rk. I race drag boats and I have seen this over and over. Now raised compression with the proper combustion chamber will ultimatly give you the best results. I would like to hear more if you have more to offer. By the way, what head do you make and where are you out of? I would like to check it out some more.
  10. Its definatly a vacuum leak, and more then likley it is with the choke tube or the choke pull itself. Make sure everything is seating like it is supposed to.
  11. Cock teases. Corry if hot and right to the point. I LIKE THAT.
  12. Make sure you didn't knock off the cross over tube on the carbs
  13. make sure you have the crossover tube connected between the two carbs.
  14. Yeah I just ran some engine Ice out at Glamis this weekend for the first time. Ran real good. My best friend is a sales rep for engine Ice and it has been in the ama superbike scene for a long time. Good shit.
  15. Tore it all down and put a another new o ring on that tube and it solved the problem. f*ck who would have thought it would take 2 different o-rings and 3 tear downs. I thought it was something else when I first put that new o-ring in it and it leaked just as bad. It is kind of a scary thing to know that the only thing keeping your banshee from burning down in the dunes is some shitty o-ring. Bad design in my opinion. Its one of those things I guess. Its like the shitty screws they put in everything those cheap bastards. The banshee used to be 2700 brand new. Nothing has changed over the years and now its 6 g's with shitty screws.
  16. Thanks bud. I have had this thing apart 2 or 3 times and I never saw a c clip for it. I did however replace the o-ring and I thought this would keep the coolent from trying to push on the outside of the tube. In all reality it should. Brand new o-ring and still the same problem. The tube would jiggle a little and slide in and out about an 1/8 to a 1/4 of an inch but with the bend on the tube I could not figure out how to pull it out.
  17. I did the JB weld thing. Still having issues its now at the dealership. The impeller looked fine to me when I checked it. I will have him look into it. Thanks.
  18. No it is not the hose. It is the metal tube that the rubber hose connects on. The tube goes into the case. This is moving around and it is leaking out of where it meets the case. I don't understand this because the coolent is supposed to run through the tube yet it is leaking out of where it slides through the case. I had the whole clutch cover apart and no coolent in the oil. I need someone that really knows the insided of these things help. The shop didn't understand what I was talking about either. The tube goes into the clutch side case and mates up with a machines slot in the case. This is where the water pump pumps the coolent through. I replaced the o-ring there and still I have the problem.
  19. Have any of you had the coolent tube get loose that goes into the side of the case? This is forcing my bike to leak pretty bad. To the point where I cannot run it. So I pulled the side clutch case off. Ripped everything down. Replaced the o ring on the tube but that does not help it with being loose, may just help with the water pump sending coolent inside the tube instead of on the outside also. You can't pull the tube out because it has a bend on it. We were thinking of JB welding the tube on the outside where it meets the case but I am afraid if coolent is going on the outside of the tube and we don't leave it anywhere to go it will send it back inside the cutch case with the oil. Not good. I am calling Montclair yamaha and asking them what I should do, but I am trying to get to glamis in 2 days and am fighting a major design flaw buy yamaha. This is the shittest design I have ever seen. HELP
  20. I am interested in the clutch lockout
  21. yeah alky would be the ticket if you are want to make big power. I would not suggest Nitro. The prob with alky is that it burns twice as fast. But on the other hand is put as much fuckin compression as you want to that thing. So pretty much big power. You must be careful running alky though. I would drain everything after each trip. Alky does not like aluminum and will gell up on you in aluminum. So make sure everything is stainless or plastic. If you have anything aluminum then make sure you don't leave alky sitting in it. As far as 145 psi. I would just run pump gas. No need to spend the money.
