I agree that not wearing your seatbelt while driving a car, or not wearing your helmet when on a bike is dumb, but that should be our choice, shouldent it? Ive know many people that survived accidents due to not wearing there seatbelt, 2 days ago, one of my best friends got into a accident, he wasent wearing a seatbelt, went through the winshild and survivied, his buddy who had, got both his legs broken, and a broken back, because the engine block of the car came into the front 2 seats, and if my buddy who got ejected was wearing his seatbelt, he woulda been way worse off. Now im not saying not wearing your seatbelt is safer then wearing it, but if i decide to get in a car without a seatbelt i think it should be my decision, not the fuckin governments.
