yeah i knew the ds did, just forgot. still a 900 is a huge single! has anybody built a drag reneade 800 yet? i bet that engine has more hp potentisal then the singles or a banshee

i am NOT an engine builder, but isnt 900 kinda getting to inefficient for a single? i remeber being told years ago anything above 800 the flame wont spread across the piston fast enough? im assuming that would depend on bore and stroke too, but how the hell do u get revs from a 900 single??

well different dynos will show different results, but i have seen many more that say a piped banshee is in the 40s then the high 30s, so thats what I believe is most accurate

yeah and if im not mistaken banshees make comparable power with bolt ons vs bolt ons, but the lighterweight and traction makes the difference. some people say banshees only make 35ish stock, but ive seen numerous dynos showing mid 40s piped and 40 stock, close to 450s. from gtthunder to dirtwheels i mostly see those numbers

i dont drag race competetivly, so my question is whether it be in the dunes or paved strips, has any new 4 stroke beaten some of the fastest banshees out there? have they beat any banshee records?

did those guys know how to ride? it does seem the 450s are quicker then a banshee stock for stock or w/ bolt ons, but not THAT much.

i think its pretty gay when all most sport quad owners care about speed, especially banshee guys. theres more to riding then that, like slinging sideways in 6th gear or tearing up a field etc. the twin cylinder banshee has more hp (once modified past bolt ons usually), but that zilla sure has nice power, and its everywhere in the rpms. i also agree that once u shove a different engine in a quad, it no longer is what it was

5 CAR lengths? i dont know that that is everybodies results. stock for stock i dont think a ds is THAT much faster, but will agree it is faster stock

you said ur hrc kit only 450r has 45hp here, then 50 a few pages up. which is it? either way ur no where near 50. i owned an 04 with an hrc kit and would bet if its quicker then my banshee w/ t5s that it isnt much and top speed they should be the same or the bansee winning. and why do people always try to give a concrete number on hp? i dont own a dyno, but from what ive seen it depends on the day, temperature and more. also there should be an age limit, because if bansheeboy is 15, than how old are some of u other guys....

the sirts are too plain for the price... how about a banshee roosting on the back or something?
