  1. As faras machine work goes i Know Duncan does it in Santee. And Alba does it. If your just gettin it bored out I dont think it will cost that much. My jugs are in the shop right now (im stuck in Ohio) after i deystoryed the engine (ran out of coolant???) But i paid like $45 a cyl for boring. My right cyl was the only one jacked up but i went ahead and had them match up the cyl sizes to be the same I think it only makes sence since you get 2 pistons in a piston kit. Go with Weisco Pistons. The shop should be able to tell you how far your gonna be able to go on the bore. If they are new cyl you should be fine. the shop should order the pistons that way that they can make the cyl the size of the pistons. There are alot of shops in SD Those are just two I know of. You should give preformance cycle a call in lakeside. I dont know if they can bore but those guys always have an idea of who to call to get work done. Alright. Merry Christmas!!!
  2. Oh yeah.... What kinda carb set up should i go with. I was thinkin about that trinity 2:1 w/ a 35mm klein or Two 30mm Kleins? any ideas On what would work best? thanks again
  3. Alright im doin some modin. as soon as my jugs get out of the shop here is what is gonna be on the banshee. Pro curcuit pipes K&N in box filter w/o lid boost bottle......yes i know its crap LOL New stuff Pro design cool head w/ 20cc domes V force reeds New CDI box...think its made by White bros Bored .40 weisco pistons Running half race gas and half premium. 32:1 Klotz Thats all i can think of.   4. Does anyone know where i can get some porting done around southern ohio? I figure since the banshee is torn down id do it now.

  7. OK, im sick of my bolts coming out of the front fenders. Plus on my last ride i lost one of the braces for the front plastics. What do you all think is the best way and how to cut the plastics. I want just a little fender left but not so it looks dumbo eared or no fender at all. Thanks

  10. I was just wondering if anyone has ever ran turbo blue racing fuel in their shee. Its gonna be alot easier to get turbo blue out here than vp. Plus i got like 50 gal in my parents garage.
  11. dunno dude, I looked at those too. I had to pass on them cause i had never heard of them. Be interested to find out how those work out though.
  12. I have recently had the similar problem but after mine warmed up it ran like a champ. Mine is jetted for out in SD. and i brought it to snow covered ohio, mine runs fine after first inital warm up. Takes forever to get started. But after warm up it runs and idles fine.
  13. Looking to get my banshee powder coated yellow. how much should i be looking to pay???
