He's very efficient he has multiple stations in his shop for different setups, he's got my whole TRX 250R there now helping me with the wiring and ignition and dialing her in, he has several mountain motors he's building on his work benches. He doesn't play around, he gets stuff done fast not cause he's quick but because he's good!!!! I highly recommend you contact him, he's building me next banshee motor 10 mil with Driveline Cylinders!

I'm at 75hp on the setup Sleeper06 built me, and the only thing holding me back from the 80hp mark is my stock carbs. My power is def usable in the trails, up hills, coming into and out of berms. I couldn't be happier! This was just an "in between" build Sleeper06 built me. The next motor he's building me is a 10 mil with Driveline cylinders. Hopefully start by June with that build!
May want to fatten your pilot jets. If your saying there is an 1/8 - 3/8 bog than its not your main jet. Start with the pilot and make sure your air screw is adjusted right..

Op you really want to cut the threads of and look at the bottom of the ceramic. You don't need a grinder or dremel simply use a hack saw will take you 3 min to cut the threads off..

Yukon does make gears for the 250R trannnys. Companies like BDT also take original trannys and cryo all the gears. I've heard of very little transmission failure, from stock up to 110HP Sabers.
