  1. i could offer advise all day but if you dont offer support in the first place it would be an dog chasing his tail ordeal need to know what needle your running. i think your pilot is close 55 58 seems to the sweet spot needle is a toss up. i would suggest a dek, cel but prefer the d series being richer. for a main 150- 155 my guess. jim motors like fuel down low and in the mid range and by doing that you have to lower the main cause it has lot of fuel down low compared to other setups.
  2. your running a/s they run different jetting compared to pwk for some reason i think you will be in the 40s for a pilot mid clip or 2nd from top meaning lean clip and like a 145 main. the guy throwing out info are running pwk and they are different than a/s you can do a search on 35 a/s and there was some posts back in the day offering pretty good results.
  3. waterhoses should be self explanatory. vent lines only by water pump and back of the motor just run them up and back somewhere. no vaccum lines its not a car.
  4. you shouldnt run a duneable for tt or flattracking you would be doing to much engine braking into the corners and it would smoke the forks.
  5. if you want a tt, short track motor call jim at passion racing. thats where he started his work was building short track motors. pro quad was at one time ranked with one in all that series of racing. 9182323950

  8. had good luck with a 1-5 just gear it high for fast trails or asphalt to a point. 16 tooth fronts. all the others are good places to get them from. but got mine from cameron at redline racing and buddy has one from jim at passions both work well. think dajogger sell them also. lot of options. also i was told you want a stock shift star. they will shift like butter anyways so dont need to help it more. also with mod star it could jump into gear or something i was told.
  9. with 3 turns out your pilot is too big. something is goofy you should not need to go lower pilot and super lean clip when your builder is saying thats not what most of his motors are running.
  10. did you raise or lower the needle my guess you need to raise it for more fuel.
  11. dont see it happening with your pipes and carbs. could make that power but not with that setup. just being honest.
  12. 150 ft you been not fuck up one time. have to have a perfect launch there no time to do anything wrong to win at that short of a track was it like grab 2 gears if that.wow looks they could have ran 300 to 500 ft easy and tell them to work up the track.

  16. 42-45 pilot 4th clip on the nvcq needle and 175 main for mine with cam mod and open box with full yoshi exhaust. your close with your jetting.

  19. its called sprint. they are not known for best coverage and customer service. my guess is your house is blocking the signal from the tower its probably a ways a way and getting weak when it gets to your house.
