you will need to have your porting changed to met the 4mm stroker.
so find a builder adn put a plate under it or domes. they will have to adjust stuff to make it run correctly.
how do you have your t ran. ive had best luck turning it on its side to where it run straight to one carb then once its full it goes to the other carb.

then make sure your floats are set correctly. ive had to disconnect one line off a carb to get air bubbles out. so it got fuel completely.

with a good amt of gray permatex a plate will seal just a good or better than a gasket. imo.
30s on a stock carb a big pilots i would try some 27.5 and see if that dont help it out. make sure your slides are facing correctly the cut out towards the filters.

it depends on your porting. if stock ports i would go back to 25 pilots.

you might put your bike on like a atv lift or something and see if you can move the swinger side to side if it moves much at all you might have to shim it.
also check the alignment of your chain with the sprockets. i had one that would pop and it rolled a chain off.
are your carbs synced at all.
all i know if your getting gas to shoot back thru the carb you have issues.
rn brads bike was that way at the dunes wouldnt idle ran like ass. i think he is getting new reeds. i had some vf2 go bad wouldnt idle it would idle high the fall on its ass. motor ran like barely on one jug.
i would start that. pull the reeds off and you should see any light. the pedals should be closed completely.
depending on what mods you have. 4th clip 300 mains. that more for open box, and stuff. you will have to adjust if closed lid, etcs.
plug chop it and go from there.

imo you need to figure if that dyno is beyond low reading or your jetting is really messed cause 58 hp on a 4mm is very weak. dont care who ported it. unless they didnt really open it up much.

tires all i know is at little sahara i was boiling 21 9 paddles off and i starting playing with the jetting it got worse.
put some 11 paddles superlites on and it really hooked up.
im one of those a bit more paddle is worth it getting off the line then your that much ahead. if you sit there boiling the tires off your behind them and busting ass to make that up.
