  1. It's definately better than a pencil, but if you try one of these other programs for solid modeling AutoCAD is not the best. I started out on AutoCAD in school, but once we got to modeling moved on.
  2. That's a CATIA V4 model from work. I have Inventor, AutoCAD2005, and Pro-E Wildfire 2.0 at home. If you get some measurements, I can mess around with the model.
  3. j/k man. I got bored at work one day and just started guessing on measurements and throwing stuff together.
  4. :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: The coupon part is what sold me on the idea.
  5. I have a set of blue shock covers, make an offer.
  6. Congrats, you have a nice bike.
  7. Where else would the amount of travel matter besides at the wheels?
  8. Try HERE Get with Joe, he treated me very well. Makes a good package deal, good communication.
  9. You can get around w/o paddles, but you sure won't be winning any drag races. There's also a few areas down in the trees on the northeast side that I don't think I'd want to go without paddles, but easily avoidable. I wouldn't go out and buy a set just for this trip. If you plan on making more dune trips then yeah, but I wouldn't for just one trip.
  10. And I never said I expected a straight up trade on your stem. We never even talked about the trade situation. Last was talked about was me asking for some pictures I never got.
  11. Never said my stuff was worth 350. The deal was for 250 and if you didn't think it was worth it then you shouldn't have made the deal. And if you change your mind at least have the balls to say hey I changed my mind.
  12. The 2-1 carb kits work very well on a fairly stock bike. Before I went to ported cylinders I couldn't have been happier. Yes they do. And bentvalve, I'd tell you what I did to mine to make it work but you were too chicken shit to even tell me you were backing out on our deal so piss off. I knew as soon as you said you would buy it but needed some time I should have walked, but noooo I try to give a guy a chance.
  13. I have one with the airbox adapter, but it's a 34mm carb. PM me if you're interested
  14. If the truck has a roll bar, put a flag on it and drive it to the dragstrip. Last I knew, even those that I call more of a light bar would get you thru the gate and it's a straight shot from the south gate to the dragstrip.
  15. Are you still planning on buying my 2-1 carb kit?
  16. Mapquest says 836 miles. My motorhome gets 6 mpg, so that would be about $600 round trip just in fuel. And count the time off work and everyting else we'll just call it $2000. You gonna cover that??? hahahahah. Just kidding man. If my plans work out right, I'll be moving to Seattle next summer for work. Along the moving path I'd like to stop at St. Anthony and LS Utah on the way there. If I can work that out, your place would just be a stop along the way. EDIT: Oh yeah, if I do make it my rear fenders WILL NOT be cut. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=71748
  17. Call Todd and tell him what you ride and he will set you up. I thought when I was looking that I wanted the zero preload, but after talking to him about my riding style he said that's not what I wanted. I have to admit I was kinda skeptical but I went with it. All I can say is I am EXTREMELY happy with my setup. I haven't rode on a Banshee with anything else so I can't say it's better/worse than anything else out there, but I can say that I am VERY happy with what I got. BULLSHIT. TCS does not use other shock bodies. As far as the rest of your post, I've heard good things about PEP, but I haven't rode anything with them so I can't say one way or another.
  18. Another try at pics. We'll see if they come out bigger. Edit: Why do the pics come out so small now, doing the same thing I used to do? I don't know if it's something with imagestation or here. Fuck it, I'm done. :: If you want some better pics pm me your email and I will send them. Heads up display
  19. The wife decided she wanted to sell her car so I figured I'd put it up here and see if anybody was interested. She'd like to be in the $8-8500 but open to offers. Clean car with 64,000 miles. Has Supercharged 3.8, leather seats, heated driver's seat, heads-up display and all the other GTP options. Put on a pulley and programmer and these cars run hard. There's actually a pretty good aftermarket on these. Hopefully the pics work, if anybody wants any pics of something in particular let me know and I will get them. EDIT: Trying to get pics to work better. I work on it some more.
  20. I'd like to see some bigger pics please. Send them to my email or post them here.
  21. pm sent. and send some pics of your stem to the same address.
  22. How about a trade for the carb kit you said you wanted from me and need a couple of weeks to get the cash?
  23. I think dxf is drawing exchange file. I'm pretty sure in autocad if you go to the plot function, there will be a choice to make a dxf plot. EDIT: Go to file - save as - and you can pick on the drop down and select dxf.
  24. I had a buddy buy a set for his 250r last spring. Said he got a helluva deal. I'll give him a shout and see where he got them and what he paid.
