  1. Sooo, what day are guys getting there?? 37 days would be ~6/4 or so. If that's the case we'll have to meet up. I think our plan is to stay at the Egin lake area a few days and then check out the Sand Hills area a few days. $40/night at the sand hills seems kinda high, but if they have everything I guess it would be worth it.
  2. http://www.atvsuspensiontech.com/ has package deals. I don't know what kind of deals alba has, but hit up Joe at the above address. He has good customer service and the prices were the best I could find without getting the cheap crap off fleabay.
  3. I put mine inside the frame rails right under the plastic also. Cant see it real good in these pics. Got the rezzies turned so I can still reach the adjustment knob w/o removing the plastic too.
  4. We'll be there the week before you guys - 5/31-6/7. Our first trip too. Where's the best place to camp with hookups. Gotta take the motorhome for the wifey. I was looking at the Egin lakes BLM area. If any of you are going to be there at that time, let me know, we'll have to hook up and do some riding. I didn't see much for rules either. Gotta have a flag and a registration sticker if your home state requires it. Didn't see anything about spark arrestors or db levels. As far as I know, there is no registration sticker for Kansas, so we should be good to go.

That would be correct. Mine are not "zps".

I told them my main concern was the whoops. I get tired of them beating me up trail riding at Waynoka. They handle the whoops 300 times better than stock. That section that goes from the main dragstrip by the south gate over to the one that is more west, I can run thru in gear 3rd wot. Tried 4th a couple of times but the ass end starts getting a little jumpy. They land from jumps really good, but they do ride a little rough. I'm sure they will work yours different because of the description you gave them so prolly ride a whole lot different. Edit: I have heard that the reworked stock rears don't last very long and you're better off buying the TCS rear. I've had mine on for only about 5 trips to the dunes and haven't had any problems.

I bought new fronts and had them redo my stock rear. Very happy with everything. I spoke to Todd on the phone a few times, he seemed like he was pretty busy and didn't want to chit chat but got what I wanted taken care of.
  8. I'm guessing you guys were camped south of the gate. Never saw your bike in the campgrounds, but we never went south of the gate.
  9. I have a set of stock pistons you can have. pay the shipping + whatever the packing place charges me to box them up. Came out of a running bike. PM me if you want them.
  10. I didn't know you could reserve in there. We've never camped over there though.
  11. JUNK. I exploded 2 fronts within 3 rides. Came apart in 3 chunks. I thought I had something else wrong, but put on a different brand and have had no problems.
  12. I can't believe I missed everybody. Got there late Friday in the middle of the monsoon. Didn't see anyone around where bigboy was suppose to be camped and didn't know where else to look. I figured that's where everybody was going to meet up. We didn't hang out around the drag strip much, but what we did was the one right by the gate. Those pics look like they were from the one further west. I didn't notice any tape on any flags either. I did see bansheefreak's bike out by the dragstrip once, those orange beadlocks definately stand out.
  13. This is the only place you can reserve spots w/o going down there and setting up a tent or something. They're sold out for snakehunt though. We usually reserve ours a year in advance. I think up till about January there was still some available. There's already people setting up tents in the south camp now for snakehunt. http://www.lspsonline.com/
  14. Ahh, good times. I'm not going to make it this year but the crew I usually meet there will be in the same area. I don't know if those guys are coming back with the pole again this year. I read on the waynoka.com website that Quicksand Videos is going to shooting some footage at Snakehunt this year. That should bring out a few more crazy people than normal. You guys have fun, and throw some beads for me.

  16. Just get a -2 and be done with it
  17. Who said anything about beer??? I'll keep an eye out for ya, hopefully you can make it. I know you're busy, but you gotta have some fun too.
  18. Are we still going to see you there Saturday?? I may have a cold beverage with your name on it.
  19. I may have some 162's. I'll check tonight when I get home. I'll be down there Friday evening sometime around 9ish. I can bring them if you want to try them
  20. I have a set of 8" wheels with wore out paddles on them. I could trash can the paddles and sell just the wheels for cheaper shipping or you could have them with the tires. They're straight but could use some cleaning. PM me if interested.
  21. And thank you. Eric's a good guy to deal with also.
  22. :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: Congrats on the job. If I get my job situation taken care of this spring, I may have to see if we can go ride sometime.
  23. That's cool, just letting people know I still have them for sale. Never heard from Fastrat either so they're still for sale.
  24. haha. A few of them run pretty strong though. Got some ESR motors and they work pretty good.
  25. I think we're going to be there Friday the 30th. Prolly going to be with a few honda's though.
