Cheers for the replys guys, 90% of the time I do these rides with my old man anyway, so the wolverine becomes my mobile gas station, only prob with that is the wolv'e isnt the fastest thing in the world and If I cut loose I end up having to wait for a bloddy 1/2 hour for him to arrive with the gas. I might look in to the bigger tank thing, I thought about a six pack rack but I think I would end up bending it or it bending my frame Also how are these new domes diffrent, whats the benift/advantage ment to be?

Hey Duece, Hows this monster on the gas, how many miles do you reckon you can get out of the tank? I do alot of trail rides and generally need to do around 40-50 km between fuel stops I am gonna end up doing this regardless just courious as to wether I will be having to strap a gas can to my back or not

Agreed, its about as real as team dunes being the greatest ATV site ever designed My parents made me go to cathloic schools, I had enough of that crap rammed down my throat everyday. We even had to attend retreats and stuff, one day the priest/teacher keep bugging me about getting confirmed and attending church and stuff and I told him exactly what I thought about it all. From what I can tell it is a sort of online roleplaying game, You create a character and they get stronger everytime someone clicks on your link. Its a bad thing because in the past others have masked the link to look like something else. So you click the link expecting to see a 500cc banshee and you get outwar crap instead. Just annoying more than anything

I'd never ride without a helmet, to many variables can come in to play, When I wecked earlyier this year, I am pretty sure my helmet saved me. I have the same problem with one of mine, I plan on gettin bigger carbs so the removal kit was a waste of time for me What I did was take the carb out, put some plubers thread tape around the screwed thread then twist the top on so its tight. Then I got an old bycycle tire tube and cut it in to some strips and used them like rubber bands to hold the top on. It holds it tight as, I have been riding for around a 1 1/2 months like this with no probs. It looks a bit mickey mouse, but it works was cheap and I can ride so who cares

UPS is worldwide? i shipped my entire motor carbs and all no problem......... Yup I have used them before for my shocks, a-arms and axle. Cost around $130US on 4 to 6 week shipping. The faster air freight was crazy 4-6 weeks turned in to 3 months. So 3 months there, plus 3 months back and add in a few weeks for the work. Theres no way I could go that long without my bike. Also I really enjoy working on it, its half the fun for me. By gettin Jim to do the port work then guiding myself through the rest of the easyier stuff it will make it all that more satisfying when it all comes together. Should also learn alot Jim How do you feel about mixing big bore with a 4mm. I've read if I go to 68.5mm bore and a 4mm I can get 428cc and still have an oversize left. Is boring it worth it or is just the 4mm and the right port job enough I just want something that is gonna scare the shit outta me.

Not quad related but, While water skiing, deciding that using the anchored boats in the harbor as a slalom course would be a good idea, Then after getting bored of that, deciding to touch them with your arm as you whizzed past. 1 spleen, 3 broken ribs, collapsed lungs, bruised kidneys, seven blood transfusions and 3 months later you think maybe that wasn't such a fun idea.

I would also like to know you guys opinions on this. My location sort of makes it hard as shipping an entire engine is out of the question. I was thinking of going with the vitos +4mm and a set of their bigbore sleeves As banshee2sick states do you think this is the "mickey mouse" way of assembleing a 4mm My other option is to talk to a builder like PassionRE or Dan, buy a set of jugs off ebay or something and get them shipped straight to them for porting/boring and also buy the rest off the nessarry stuff through them to match there work. Also do pipes affect the +4 or do you pretty much match the porting to the pipes for best results. At the moment I am running T5's would these be ok?, or would i be advised to switch

I am planning on definitly heading over at some time, its just the funds situation holding me back. The damn airfares alone are $2500.00 NZ return. Its the plan though, just will take me some time, the shee's to addicvite and keeps suckin my wallet dry

id say there is not ment to be any movement left to right of the sprocket hub, Try tighting the two axle nuts up, might wanna check your carrier bearings too they could be messed up

Thanks for the offer, I am still not 100% sure what exactly it is, I am guessin its thinly sliced and dried. Is it chewy of crunchy? One of these days when I got a bit more cash I am gonna have to go to the US for a long holiday, head down to philly for a cheese steak at chinks, head over to glamis and hire a bike for a spot of duneing then head over to one of the gun shops/ranges and take a desert eagle for a test run.
