  1. With the stock carrier adjustment, it is easy to misalign the axle which lead to your bike crabwalking and/or broken chains. Even when properly aligned, the adjusters can walk around somewhat, especially with higher power motors. If you've ever adjusted a chain with a roundhouse you'll never touch a stock one again.

  3. Installed the JL engineering DC conversion(floated my stock stator), ebay brake light kit(works with my yfz450 front master). I found engine has been on 5.5* of timing. Always thought it was 4* for some reason. Went back to 5* when i put it back together. I hear Rigid makes really good LED spot pods but ill try mine first. I really dont ride at night. I'm not sure what's next for this bike besides wiring up the brakes lights to work with the rear brake. Here's a boring video https://youtu.be/greJTyq_dsw edit* next addition will be a lockup cover. Id hate for the round insert to come loose AGAIN and ruin riding for the day.

  4. Swingarm shop arms are junk if you're actually going to dune it. Also, upgrade to a roundhouse carrier style while you're at it.

  5. 10? lol get a 4, it will help with keeping the front end down at a drag strip on the sand. I have a stock length arm and launching at the drag strip is hard because im fighting the front end down until 5th gear. Also, JL engineering makes nice arms for a good price, id contact JL engineering, stellar racing or fireball, JL will be the cheapest out of the 3 with nice quality.

  7. I’d toss those cylinders right out. Farm and Sand Toys couldn’t even bore a set out because of the sleeves being pitted. I’ve read lots of reports on the casting flaws with them and sleeves not lining up. A set of used cylinders are 200 bucks. You might be pouring more money into this than you thought.

  8. All the hydro locked bikes that have been posted here are almost always bent in the middle where it’s weakest. Just seemed like a weird place to me. Was there damage to the piston by the wrist pin? I’d definitely take it to your work..
