  10. Hey guys I’m currently in the process of putting my banshee back together. I’m trying to accomplish a trail riding build. I have a 421 serval. Just wondering what gearing are you guys running ? I currently have 15/39 on the setup. Seeing if I can take away some of the top end and get more bottom end if possible?

  14. Nope. It's in mm. A 120 jet is 1.20mm diameter. Envoyé de mon SM-S908W en utilisant Tapatalk
  15. I don’t know what kind of budget you have for buying a set of nerf bars but, I will tell you that there’s no difference between the Alba Racing standard nerf bars and the Tusk comp series nerf bars other than the price. They both work fine with the stock Banshee heel guards. I currently have the Tusk comp series nerf bars in black with the black nets and I have my stock heel guards removed. The nerf bars have been on my Banshee for 5 years now and they still look like the day that I put them on. Just a side note If you do decide to purchase either the Alba or Tusk nerf bars I would highly recommend upgrading the hardware kit that they include with the nerf bars. I’m going to be honest and say that I don’t know anything about the brand of nerf bars that Motorsport.com sells. As for the XFR brand of nerf bars there’s a guy that is in the group that I ride with who just recently bought the XFR pro peg ll with XFR heel guards and they look really nice and are built really well. I don’t know if anyone here has XFR nerf bars and noticed but, I did noticed with the XFR nerf bars with the heel guards is that if you are running a 22” rear tire there’s a slight chance that the tires might rub against the heel guards. So if you’re running a 20” rear tire then you will be fine. If I had to choose all over again on buying a set of nerf bars for my Banshee I’d buy the XFR’s without a doubt. So I hope that I some what answered your question. Good luck with whatever brand of nerf bars you decide to purchase.
  16. I'm sorry for the stupid question. When you said the main jets are drilled to .120. Is this .120 the diameter on inches? Meaning a drill bit #31 was used?
  17. I’m looking to purchase a set of nerf bars for my Banshee. I’ve been looking on RMATV, Motorsport.com and also on eBay and there is multiple styles and different brands to choose from. To get this out of the way I would really like to try and keep my stock heel guards. So, now I’m trying to decide which ones to buy. What’s everyone’s thoughts and opinion on the best brand to buy? Thanks Jake

  23. Hi there I have a banshee that is running stock carbs with porting, toomey pipes, cool head with 19cc domes, uni in box air filter with lid, +4 timing I am at 2400ft just wondering what any thinks the jetting should be at. I believe it needs to go up a pilot size I am running stock but it has a bobble off throttle but pulls good up top. Any suggestions would be great thank your u
  24. 120 isn’t great compression. Do you have spark? Have you tried starting fluid? I bet it’s not fuel related, even though your pilot should be 27.5.
  25. Thank you for the reply💯 So the quad was partially built by some dude named mike, mike sold it to me and i brought it to my father friend tommy, who went full out on a fresh rebuilt and melted the top end. I got it built by my friend (stole my extra parts )&(whos father killed 2 prostitues) in boces and got a tors kit for it 4 years ago and the quad went full throttle on a fresh rebuild. And now I finally got the drive to work on it, i took the head cover off and there was some scoring but nothing crazy, i couldn’t feel it with my finger, and comp tested it and got 120 even. -The cross over tube is present -the float bowl with the small brass ball on the bottom is on the carb with the choke -and the slides are on the right way -the dimples on the slides are also lined up woth the window -air fuel screw is 1.5 turns out - idle screw is 2.5 turns out
