dragbanshee
Hey, quick question, just need to know where to find 28mm K&N pods actually for the 30mm oko's. I think they should be the same, I tried the stock size pods and they didn't fit and I didn't want to mess them up and not be able to return them. Anybody know or even have a nice clean set? Thanks! Keyser Soze
I was in the same boat. Never could find the size I needed. Thought about getting one of these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/K-N-STYLE-H...Q2em118Q2el1247 But not K&N. Midwest moto on the southside has foam filters in every size. fastbanshee8
If you have the pods for the stock carbs, you can boil some water, and just put the rubber boots into the boiling water for a little bit. Put them on while they are still hot, and they will stretch out nicely, to fit the 30's.
dragbanshee
Thanks guys I went ahead and sent the stock size back a couple months ago, and used my xtra airbox to make a 2 into 1 pod with my stock k&n.Since then I decided that 2 pods are prolly better than1 and alot easier to get the carbs off, Ill check out cascade, and jugriggs Ill let you know what I find.
