O.K. guys, what's the difference between a "round house" swinger, and a stock carrier swinger? And what are the pros and cons? Thanks Guys, and gals!

There are a lot of companies out there for your choice of round house carriers. They look good and the ease of chain adjustment is what makes them so popular.

What about the bearing carrier? Where can you get one of those? Thanks for the reply!

I think some of our sponsors on here sell them, ebay, check top of main page, sorry my minds a blank right now, need sleep!

A round house carrier is the way to go. the only con is that you have to buy a new carrier..

I'll never own another stock carrier assembly. It makes sprocket changes a breeze, chain adjustments take about 5min... if that. They give the bike a nice and clean look.

I like the stock style better. Nothing beats carring a whole tool set to adjust the chain. God bless yamaha.

LOL.. Love the sarcasm. Round house is the way to go. Never has a chain adjustment been so easy.

I think just about all round housing carriers are twin row bearing carriers too, so there is 4 sealed bearings, two on each side. It makes the bearings last like 4x's as long and a way stronger design.
