do they sell something to close the valve stem hole in the rims? i wanna flip the factory rims around to gain a little more width. i will redrill new holes on the other side.

i know welding them would be the best thing, but just wanna see if they sell some kinda plug kit to do this ...

Drill the new hole exactly opposite of the original, then take another stem and install it backwards in the original hole. It helps keep the wheel balanced this way. Works really well and I have never had 1 leak or anything. Just an idea.

Most of them you can't leave the old ones in, they hit the caliper and tear off. Flipping a stem so it's inside out seals the hole, makes it not permanent and they leave a ton of clearance between the stem and caliper.

THANKS ,, SOME GOOD IDEARS ...

I DIDNT THINK FLIPPING THEM WOULD WORK .. BECAUSE THE PRESSURE WOULD BE PUSHING ON THE VALVE STEM THE OPPISITE WAY.. AND MIGHT BLOW OUT AIR ON A LANDING .

THE FLAT VALVE STEMS ARE NICE TOO ..

(I COULDNT RUN TO STEM FOR THE SAME REASON MENTIONED ABOVE , IT WOULD HIT THE CALIPER)

FLIPPING TEM OVER IS A QUICK FIX FOR NOW, IF THAT WORKS
