i have a 1989 banshee that hasnt ran since 1998 and needs to be taken apart and cleaned were should i send it and i need a place close to st.cloud MN and wouldnt be to expensive

Your cheapest bet is to buy a Clymer's manual and do the job yourself. Clymer manuals tell you pretty much everything you need to know, and they have fairly clear pictures so you know what they're talking about. Plus that way if you need to replace any parts in the future you can save yourself from having to pay for shop labor if somebody else does it.

I would just pull the head off and look at the cylinders. See if they are rusted. If not I would clean the carbs check fluids and fire it up. Then drain the oil and coolant and put new in.

wut about a new clutch im not sure exactly wuts wrong but it doesnt shift very easily and sumtimes not at all

If it isn't running it won't shift very well. It is a "constant mesh" tranny and the primary and counter shafts need to be spinning to run through the gears. I would drain the oil in the tranny and see what it looks like and then refill if it looks ok. Then I would do what Josh said.
