monster_energy06 Posted June 14, 2008 Report Posted June 14, 2008 i run mine at 50:1 on ipone, some times even 75:1 once in a while. 32:1 on a good brand oil is to much imo, but perfect for the cheap stuff i was looking at old banshee shout out the other day it was. ducan, trinity, and ct banshee's back in 93 or 95. one of them was runnin 100:1 on 92 octane the other 32:1 or 50:1 lon vp 112 race gas pretty scary at 100:1 Quote
jamebo Posted June 14, 2008 Report Posted June 14, 2008 I'm probably one of very few on here that runs a 24/1 ratio. I use Yamalube 2R. Quote
jharader Posted June 14, 2008 Report Posted June 14, 2008 stick with 32:1 until u have mastered plug chops!! DO NOT RUN 75:1 in a stock un modified motor thats just asking for a meltdown.. The more oil you can run down the motor and it burn the better, theres a reason yamaha recomends 24:1.. 50:1 is as high as i would go especially running an unleaded fuel. Quote
