P-man Posted June 2, 2008 Report Posted June 2, 2008 Hey, we rented an rv and are going to take a trip up the west coast, we were hoping to make it to oregon(we live in texas), what are the best dunes to hit on the way up there? which ones arent so good? Thanks! Parker Quote
Snopczynski Posted June 2, 2008 Report Posted June 2, 2008 You want to do Coos Bay at Horsefall campground, and winchester bay at Discovery point Park. Dont bother with Florence or Sand Lakes. Quote

I agree. Although Florence is a nice place to ride it isnt as much as a variety in riding styles like Winchester Bay. Quote
okbeast Posted June 2, 2008 Report Posted June 2, 2008 Depending on what route you're taking, I'd probably stop at Glamis just to drool for an hour or 5 Quote
Bansh-eman Posted June 2, 2008 Report Posted June 2, 2008 I agree if your heading out the 10, at Phoeinx hit the 8 and got to Glamis, then the ones that Snop talke about for Oregon Quote
