yamahakid350 Posted April 28, 2003 Report Posted April 28, 2003 I am going to race my cousin, Thebansheekid, and my uncle, soon and i thought i would get your guys input on who would win in the 300 foot sand drag. my shee: 1998-PTR high revs, V-force Delta reed valves, KandN proflow, JD performance +2+1 a-arms, DG nerfs and Bumper, Pro racing bars, Pro-design tether kill switch, Duncan racing/One graphics and seat cover, Holeshots all around, and 20 inch paddlemasters which i will have on for the race. sredish Posted April 28, 2003 Report Posted April 28, 2003 I think its between the Factory Effex graphics and the armadillo bumper, well I do see you have a seat cover. :? this is a hard one... Quote
lowriderb Posted April 28, 2003 Report Posted April 28, 2003 sounds like the bikes are pretty much the same, although your cousin has lighter tires, that could give him an advantage, but that armadillo bumper thats pure performance right there... lol Quote
WickedBanshee Posted April 28, 2003 Report Posted April 28, 2003 by pipes and tires i'd have to go w/ the cousin. but since all the bikes are similar, its gonna definitely come down to the better rider. should be a good one. let us know how it turns out. i think they'll all be pretty close. the fenders and weight will help you though. the Banshee kid Posted April 28, 2003 Report Posted April 28, 2003 i love my banshee and i hope it will win            Quote
99Red_Roostr Posted April 28, 2003 Report Posted April 28, 2003 The uncle will win! you and cousin will over-rev in excitement !! 99rr Quote
Phase Posted April 28, 2003 Report Posted April 28, 2003 Since all your mods are pretty much the same, I also think the best rider will win. Quote
sredish Posted April 28, 2003 Report Posted April 28, 2003 OK, honestly, I think the uncle will have a tad better chance. The drag is how long? 300'. I think he will hit holeshot better and come on through with his mid-pipe. If it was a 1000' drag, I might feel differently. It really will be close, big part is rider experience and weight. the Banshee kid Posted April 28, 2003 Report Posted April 28, 2003 what would make me win the race.     i was close to my uncle when i had shit tires Quote
sredish Posted April 28, 2003 Report Posted April 28, 2003 Fill their tires with water, and see if that will help them or not. That might give you an edge. Quote
yamahakid350 Posted April 28, 2003 Author Report Posted April 28, 2003 The only reason i put all the small stuff on there is because it is from my signature. I raced the bansheekid when i just had my pipes and holeshots on the rear( sand drag) and he beat me by 30-40 feet. Quote
