how did you stick the leds behind the grill? my grill is the same as that except with the 2 skulls, and my dads been telling me i should do something similar to what youve done there.

did you epoxy them to the rad or something?

Thanks man! What i did is make a rectangular bracket out of thin aluminand hot glued it to the back of the skull,then i made two holes right in between the eyes and put a zip tie down the middle for added support. On your grill you might have to go a different rout.

What's it roughly cost to do the DC conversion if you don't mind me askin. Bike looks great.

 

 

It's not to expensive, the most expensive parts were the hid's ($220 each) the battery was around $30, the battery holder with straps was around $20, you can get these from ktm world. The stator and flywheel you can get from ricky stator for around three something, and the regulator/rectifier like $30 , the rest is preety cheap!!!!!!!!
