bansheejoel Posted April 17, 2008 Author Report Posted April 17, 2008 yeah i know but so far the only way i can see getting that new bushing is to buy a new stock basket and thats $169.99 then buying a billet basket is $150 so thats like $320 just for a damn copper or bronze bushing and a billet basket b/c i wont need the new stock basket so thats a waste if im going to buy a new billet basket soon anywase...i dont have that kinda money for the clutch componets thats outrages. okbeast Posted April 17, 2008 Report Posted April 17, 2008 It must be part of the gear and all b/c i know you don't have to switch the bushing over when you put the gear on a new billet basket. And I'm guessing that's gonna be a yamaha part only but you might get lucky. I wanna say try Grainger or someone like that for a new one, maybe some of the :geek: 's will know of a place to get them. okbeast Posted April 17, 2008 Report Posted April 17, 2008 Are you sure that's the problem? I'm not sure I've ever heard of one case where that went bad, at least not on HQ or PS. I wouldn't think that would cause the basket to be loose where you could pull it in/out... Quote

I contacted my dealer when I thought mine was bad, but they don't sell them separate. If you want a billet basket with the gears and all already installed, there is one in the for sale section http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=93652 Quote

okbeast Posted April 18, 2008 Report Posted April 18, 2008 When you ordered all that from Jeff did you tell him what the problem was and see if he could diagnose it? Anyway you could take a video of what it's doin, i'm very curious. Quote
