Your pilot jet may have junk in it.................

 

The clutch would still try to move the bike forward even when you have the clutch lever pulled in, so if it does this then that would be your culprit...........

i was thinking jetting but the bike only has 3 tanks through it.....motor/carbs/etc

assuming that it runs fine otherwise, things may just need a good cleaning. the carbs, air filter, maybe new plugs. or may just need the carbs sync'd and idle adjusted.

yeah id say check and clean you carbs for debris and clogged passages.. your highspeed might get enough fuel, but low speed it might be starving...
