Painting my Gas Tank?

I would think that black spray would work just fine. they make it for plastic I say do it up

Some of the larger gas tanks like IMS you can not paint. They breath through the plastic.

all plastic tanks breathe through the plastic, which is why you shouldn't store fuel in plastic cans long term. The paint will bubble badly if you paint it. Sell it and buy a new tank.

if your wanting to paint the tank cover thats fine but painting a plastic fuel tank ill not hold. like said it will bubble and come off.

x2 try to find someone with the color u want to trade. imo that would be the best way

You might not be able to paint it but you can always dye it the color you want. :thumbsup:
