slowblueshee2 Posted March 5, 2008 Report Posted March 5, 2008 running a ported 4mm with 28mm pwks and pro circuit pipes and wondering how shearers and bigger carbs are gonna run. my local engine builder suggests 39mm pwks. something tells me that will be to much carb. just looking to improve already good engine.any thoughts Quote

slowblueshee2 Posted March 5, 2008 Author Report Posted March 5, 2008 stock cylns or cub ?? stock cylinders for now. Quote
Hilarious Posted March 6, 2008 Report Posted March 6, 2008 I had some 4mill duneported stock cylinders with 35 pwks and shearers and it was a hella fun motor. Quote
Animalman294 Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 With the Shearer's and PWK 38's or 39's, do you lose some bottom end and gain top end or is it just the throttle response that is affected. I have 35's now and am getting some Shearer's to run with my 4mill cubby............. Quote
