banchilla Posted February 25, 2008 Report Posted February 25, 2008 buddy of mine gave some ported cylinders and thats all i know about them how can i tell what kind of port job they have. dune?? trail?? drag?? be nice to know if i decide to use them or sell them, the port work is really good and clean. anyone interested in buying some ported cylinders :cool: ??? RadarRacing Posted February 26, 2008 Report Posted February 26, 2008 If the exh port is very wide like as in 70% to 75% as wide as the bore size and if the exh port is closer than 28 or 29mms from the top of the cylinder then it would be a topend/drag type port. Drag ported also will have a somewhat flat roof to the exh port. Otherwise you'll have to guess. Quote
