wacko2000 Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Whats up guys, I still have stock fuel valve, but I want to change the fuel lines, they seem to short and are juat a pain in the ass, I would like to buy some new ones, maybe some red lines or something.. Can someone tell me where to buy, and what sizes... I only need the ones coming from the tank, not the over flows and vents for the carbs Quote

It's not preety but it'll last. Quote
Bansh-eman Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 (edited) as long as you get lines that are made for gas you should be ok. i think they are made from polyurethane but i could be wrong... the cheap shit gets hard and cracks. a good line is line 2 bucks a foot or so. edit: oh its actually plasticized PVC, not polyurethane. just looked at the MP site http://www.motionpro.com/motorcycle/tools/...r_pvc_fuel_line Edited February 16, 2008 by Bansh-eman Quote
shanYE west Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 check your local dealer, I know mine stocks a shit load of fuel line. Parts unlimited sells a few different brands. Stock size for the fuel line should be 1/4". I'm using 5/16 and it likes to leak a bit on me sometimes. Quote
