+1 vote on the 4 mil LR. might as well do it now. if your thinking about its because you want one. so do it. I did the mistake of getting mine ported for a stock stroke. two years later I was selling my cyl to get new ones for a stroker. waste off time and money but no regrets!
thanks for the advice spike! yes i decided on the 4 mil stroker long rod with the dune port. already been shipped to kevin today! cant wait to see the difference .later

So did you try to run it before selling the jugs, or did you sell them because everyone says jugs ported for stock stroke won't work? Finished a bike last year that has jugs ported for stock stroke, guy didn't have the money to buy new and have ported again and the bike flys, made 78 hp @ 10,000 little sahara in OK last fall. I know dyno numbers are just numbers but, the bike really runs great. Had Jeff do a duneable overide tranny and the bike will out run a few of the cub motors that go out to little sahara in OK. Just sayn you might measure the port work before you just go from "word of mouth" and sell a set of ported jugs.
