FireHead Posted January 31, 2008 Report Posted January 31, 2008 Looking for someone in San Diego with a Mityvac or any type of brake bleeding vacume. I am having a hell of a time priming the front brakes so i can bleed them. Let me know if you got one. I left the valves open all last night and there was fluid that made its way down but i think there is still a pocket of air at the top keeping it from catching. I have one.......... Quote

RZBansheeMan Posted January 31, 2008 Report Posted January 31, 2008 I bought my Mity Vac at AutoZone for like $ 30.00, and thing has been so damn useful, it works great for bleeding hydraulic clutches on vehicles too. I think the only problem I've ever had is trying to use it on a gnarly rusty bleeder, sometimes the hose won't get a good seal around it. Quote
Bansh-eman Posted January 31, 2008 Author Report Posted January 31, 2008 yea i got mine bleed last night and the wife took it back to sears for me today and used the money to get me some jimmi jammers for my truck door instead got to love return policies Quote

Bansh-eman Posted February 1, 2008 Author Report Posted February 1, 2008 wtf are jimmy jammers? i bet you wont like em when you lock yourself out hahahaha its just a metal plate that goes behind the lock cylinder that keeps thief from prying open your door under the handle and popping off the lock bar and getting into your truck to steal it. When someone wants your car they dont want to break the glass becasue that worth th most money on stolen cars. Quote

We have 2 NRA Life Members and an ex Ranger/Special Forces guy on my street. Anyone that mistakenly tries to jack anything here will get caught in a crossfire!! Just gotta remember to put a knife in his hand.... Quote
