bansheefreak Posted January 19, 2008 Report Share Posted January 19, 2008 you might spray carb cleaner around carbs why running see if it bogs down if so you might have an airleak.. as far as the tors just cut the shit off nutin needs to be replaced.. bakerboy Posted January 21, 2008 Author Report Share Posted January 21, 2008 (edited) i installed fmf fatty's with powercore2 and K&N air filter and im located at 967 feet above sea level...i think i fixed the problem but im not sure if its the right way to fix it, i set my pilot screws to 1 turn out instead of 2... kojack Posted January 21, 2008 Report Share Posted January 21, 2008 Make sure your slides arent in backwards, check the cables to be sure that they arent getting hung up mabye at the y. I had this happen a few times before and it keeps a slide from seating all the way down which causes it to idle high. To set the idle do you have a carb sync tool.
