Would a fuel pump for stock banshee carbs benefit any, pry sounds like a dumb question, just interested in the idea.

If you like fuel dumping all over your engine, comming out of your breather tubes and overflow lines from your stock carbs... then yeah, its a good idea. lol

 

No, not needed with stock carbs. Get a pingel and you will feed more than those carbs could ever hope to guzzle.

isnt that a good thing?? haha, no im not considering this just was wondering why some ppl use them.

You don't need it, but if you put a return line it, it wont push your needle and seat open, I ran one on my 350 kart, because the tank sits just as low as the motor...

People use them for alky burning drag motors...

When you burn alky in your bike you use twice as much fuel as you would gas.

 

Plus, you're generally at WOT (sucking the fuel down)...

 

People use a combination of things to get more fuel into the carbs....bigger bowls, remove a float, better flowing fuel valves...etc.

If I had ths inside of my cases powder coated, then it wouldn't matter................... :biggrin:

considering the pipes your running, you may have an engine unnig way to hot.... and with a fuel pump on that bike, you may end up blowing yourself up because that will cause the fuel to spill out of all your air lines and your carbs right onrto tyour engine and pipes.... ( heat = combustion)
