blueboy22 Posted January 17, 2008 Report Posted January 17, 2008 i was out riding my shee when the throttle stuck and heard a loud pop and when i came to a stop the shee stayed running but it felt like the right side of the motor was down and i felt back by the exhaust and there was nothing...so i shut it down and started it again and soon as i started it it was like it went to full throttle and still nothing from the right side...anyone know what might be down? jbooker82 Posted January 17, 2008 Report Posted January 17, 2008 What is like a back fire pop or a metal on metal bang? If it sounded like a back fire check the reeds you might have broken one. That will cause the shee to run on one side and rev up. Put your hand completly over the exhaust does it suck your hand to the pipe like a vaccuum cleaner? Quote
blueboy22 Posted January 17, 2008 Author Report Posted January 17, 2008 it was like a back fire pop..and there was nothing from the exhaust not sucking or blowing anything Quote
J-Madd Posted January 18, 2008 Report Posted January 18, 2008 Left carb slide stuck open? Hence, revving up but nothing from the right side. Worth a look. Quote
