I won't know if I'm going until Friday night. no the washes are against the tracks. go on the road just past the beach store and you will see where the tacks have "washes" each one will be painted 1 2 3 4 5 keep going ntil you hit your respective wash. I'm looking on Google Earth... So do you mean the dirt road West next to the tracks heading South or the zig-zag road on the East side of the tracks? I'm betting you are talking West Sieeed!! Jay. keep going east down the 78 to the Glamis Beach Store...right after the store but before the tracks you'll take a right down into the washes which run parallel to the tracks...and yes...it's the west side of the tracks...if you go over the tracks while on the 78 you've gone too far. The washes are marked by numbers painted on the wash throughputs that are under the RR track. If you go out at night a spotlight is handy to be able to see the numbers... Quote
