300ft times

id like to know some 300 ft times...... stock cylns, 4mill or bigger. cant decide if i want to put a 4 mill crank in my stock cylns or save up for a cub.

We've had 350cc go 3.9s in 300 so im sure the 4mm would be 1-2 tenths quicker. Stock cyl.!

I'm pretty sure it does have an override and is on alky :thumbsup:

 

4.21 was my fastest time, on dirt, running race gas. 4mil cub, 300lb rider

4.14 and 4.19 are my two fastest times at 2 different tracks 4mil cub on alky, overide with 220lb rider. BansheeDan was running high 4.9's with stock 350cc cylinder no overide on gas with a very mild trail port from A&S.

4.22 and 4.25 out of my non-ported (cleaned up only) 10 mil cub on alky with override, stock frame cut and lightened.

No bar...on sand 300 foot.

 

I'm 250lb rider, too.

I went 4.31 on a 421 cub with an override and alky, lightened stock frame no drag axle or bar!

my brother rode it and went 4.25

i decidied to wait on the cub, im buying some fullbores and sending them to jk customs to get a paint job !!!

 

hopefully... soon. thanks kiel (theshee) and travis(bigboybanshee)..... i m just going to try and put my 4 mill crank in with the stock drag ported cylns. maybe that will work for a while.

how much gain does alky product in a motor .... im running vp c12 race gas 50/50 in mine. after i put some domes in i'll go strait race . jeff... you let me forget to get some grape smell good for my gas

Yep...sure do.

 

I'd say higher % on hotter days since it runs so cool, maybe less on cooler days.

A lot of guys don't take the time to setup timing, compression, squish, etc. for alky...they just bolt on carbs and that's it.

 

The motor has to be setup different in order to take the benefits of methanol....
