Who has these pipes

There is a black banshee on the Bansheehq page. On the the page it says any hill, trail time. It looks like he as stock pipes but custom tips. Does anyone know who, or what kind of pipes those are? I like the tips. I was thinking about goint to my local exhaust shop and buying the tips and fabing some myself. Anybody ever done this?
