Make sure your float hight is 21mm and that the o'rings of the seats(of the needles) where the needle goes in is in good condition. If that is all good REPLACE the needle and seats. It is normal for the carb overflow to leak out some drops of fuel after some hard riding. If you stop it may spit out 2 or 3 drops, but it should not piss out.

Someone sells a rebuild kit for each carb for like 15 or 20 bucks each. Might be time to replace the needle and seat.
