What do I use to help seal my head gasket

yeah what it says

its a cometic gasket and just want to know if i should just rub a little premix on both sides to help it seal

I used nothing and never had problems. when i reused a head gasket it leaked.

so nothing then i figured you could use something to help it seal better

Nothing, just make sure the gasket doesnt have any cracks in it and make sure its not warped.
