Man i have combed through this site and read everything there is to read on banshees.

What my problem is,.....I blew a ring out my exaust pipe replaced the pistions from stock, went one over with new wiesco pistions.

Put everything back together it initially started just fine...didn't ride for a bit, went to go start it and man i kicked the ever living chit out of it woldn't fire. took the lid off the airbox skwirted some gas down the carbs and boom first kick.

So im thinking gas problem, went through everything cleaned everything but still the same problem.

Everything is tight no air leaks,so this time, i changed the cross over tube on the carbs pressured up the gas tank with a little shot of air and bamm fired up.

I've checked everything it all seems to be tight.

My problem is i need someone with large knowledge banks to tell me why my banshee wont start without a little help. it used to kick over on the second kick. Now i have to puck with it everytime i wanna run the thing.

Getting frustrated with this machine it is a royal pain in the ass can someone help me.

Its a real pissoff......

Once again it is definatly a fuel problem, shoot a blast of air into the breather of the gastank vent and boom, second kick it fires up.

have you checked what is coming out of petcock? crack it open with the feeder lines off of carb... should come streaming out with petcock open... if doesnt remove gas cap? if flows with cap off breather is f---ed up. if not petcock screen could be clogged. if petcock is flowing fuel than its your carbs (float or clogged needles)or something internal with carbs?....
