Ton of pros.

Been made for 20 years and still going (just can't buy new models in the US)

Great motor, nearly any part under the sun available for them, from wild to mild, did I say great motor?

relatively unchanged in 20 years, (chassis and electrical is about it)

Tons around for cheap....

Cons:

Outdated frame and suspension

Pro the Banshee is nothing more than an adult erector set. The after market will alow you to do anything your heart desires  . Con this desire is strongly offset by your wallet  .

iv never had issues with mine, but a billet impeller and running an actual coolant vice antifreeze goes along ways. no need for a oversized rad. the stock cools fine.

the only things i do not like about my banshee is the gayass chain adjuster and the wimpy front suspension. but both are easily switched out.
