.................I would love to do it, but I have it stripped all the way down and now I can't get it apart any further.

 

Maybe if I take some pictures of what I have so far, one of you guys may have an idea. I'll try doing that. :thumbsup:

 

I think I may go post the question over on PS and see what sort of crap I can stir up. :ohmy:

Firehead, just take a dremel and move the stop over a smidge. Sometimes where the little arm hits the stop it isn't quite far enough. Just hit it with a dremel and carbide bit and see if it helps...

I got it fixed. The o-ring on the side that was leaking was installed twisted.

Holes appear to be 0.4375" dia. and the pressed in brass 0.439" dia. Appears to be stainless ball valve. You can modify a single feed to be a dual feed by removing the plug and adding another 90* nipple as the ball valve has been drilled through. Pingle warns against twisting the fittings (possibly because it will twist the o-ring and cause it to leak).
