I am running about all I can, bored .40, prolite pistons, agressive dune port, Noss Head with 21cc (just under 150 compression, K&N with pro flow, 340 jets, FMF Pipes and boost bottle. I want to know what is the best mix fuel to oil, and what is the best oil to mix with. Whatever you running is what I want to know. Thanks for the info fellas

its all personal preforance... there are a ton of good oils, the only thing is they are all made in the same factories and have a few "secret" additive once they are purchased added to them.

Very common oils are Yamalube 2R, Maxima 927, Motul

most ppl run them from 32:1 to 40:1 but its all personal preferance... you will get alot of differant answers

with 150 psi you can run pump gas... but if you plan on running any timing advance id bump to 50/50

edit: also unless your running at like 500 feet below sea level your jetting seems very rich... have you done a plug check?

Q: What type of two stroke oil should I use and what ratio?

A: Well that really depends on what kind of engine and fuel you are using. Generally the manufacturer

i have ran starting from the day i got my bike to the day i tore the engine down... blenz-all, yamalube, dumonde tech, golden spectro, h-2 and finaly klotz. i have ran all of these in my engine at 32-1 with no problems so i say pick a decent oil and run with it. as blowit said never mix oils, always drain your tank and carbs when switching and just get everything jetted properly. it took 6 years before i had to tear my motor down and it wasnt because of a top end, it still had the same compression as the day i bought the bike. a trans shaft fubarred on me so i had to take it down incase your wondering if it was oil related..
