Yep, Gonzo, good luck with the build Jason

Also for the racing, I had seen an MX Banshee once which is what I wanted to go for. That and the random drag racing aspects. Also it does run on gas/97 octane. Also I do have a vittos setup in the carbs, don't remember exactly what it is 330 mains maybe? Have stock cylinders, exhaust, some extra carbs, all go with it.

Should probably list a price. $3500

Time to sell my baby. I probably will forget a few things so please forgive me. Has a completely built motor. Bored .30 over, ported cylinders, forged pistons, NOS Head, jetted, etc. FMF Pipes, boost bottle, D&G front bumper, nerf bars, and new tires with about 99% tread left on them. It is the black with white/blue flames plastics which do show a little wear on the sides from my boots rubbing. The heel gaurds (since the are plastic) are pretty much spent too. Other than that it is a clean great quad. To be 100% honest I bought the quad new, built it to race, then got deployed. The quad probably has 50 hours all together on it and maybe 10 hours on the new motor, but it sat in a barn for forever and it is time for someone to get some use out of it. Had a minor accident and the bumper got bent and lost a support, probably could use a new one but still does the job as long as you dont mind the looks. This thing is blazing fast and is not for children. Always adult owned, 1 owner, title in hand. Email for questions http://s1362.photobucket.com/user/ZachBreck/library/

Got one. Thanks all.

To be safe top and bottom. Not sure how much damage the top one took or where the exact bend is.
-
Yea I ran down the wiring harness and it seems everything is good. Lights still work too.

Bent an A-Arm, seeing if anyone has one laying around. Left/Cluch side. Thanks!

Yea my bad. I need a stock front. PM Sent

OK, so earlier in the year I had decent accident, halved a rim and bit a tree pretty tree pretty hard, bent a-arm, bumper, and that was about it. However, my kill switch does nothing now? I can still turn off the shee with the key but the kill switch is useless. Any ideas where to start the trouble shooting? Any suggestions would be great!

Bent one of my rims, just looking for a cheap replacement. Let me know. Thanks!

Attached is a pic from last year. I have since painted my pipes flat black with hit temp, wasn't into the chrom look. This was also before the new tires. I will get some new ones asap. -

Other than that it is almost perfect. Never rolled or flipped, just used for trail ridding and dragging through corn fields. The ONLY REASON I am selling it is out of necessity. The wife is pregnant and I am told I need to come up with some case. PST for pics or interest! Cash only, like I said this is out of need so I do not want a trade!

I am looking for a stock alumminum rim, I halved mine. Thanks!

05 Shee, ported, bored, cool head with 22cc, I mostly ride trails/hill climbs, but the downside is I STILL HAVE STOCK TIRES ON. I break loose in about every grear. My question is what is the best tired for the money, and what is the best size for stock shee rims??? Any input would be great

I am running about all I can, bored .40, prolite pistons, agressive dune port, Noss Head with 21cc (just under 150 compression, K&N with pro flow, 340 jets, FMF Pipes and boost bottle. I want to know what is the best mix fuel to oil, and what is the best oil to mix with. Whatever you running is what I want to know. Thanks for the info fellas

Fresh rebuild, going to put it back together Monday. I know the bolts were on there pretty good when taking it apart, do they have to be torqued down and if so how much. Thanks again fellas!

2005 Special Edition, K&N with pro flow, FMF Pipes,(the next is all new) Dune Port, bored .40 over, Noss Head with 21CC Domes. I was running 280s prior to the port, bore, and Head with domes. I am just looking for a guess as where to start the jetting, maybe 320 ish? Any suggestions???
-
I was told HQ members get a discount, is there a coupon number or what ?
-
I just baught a used head and on one dome it has minore burrs/gauges. There is probably only 6 if that...is this going to effect anything or should I send it back. The seller said it was in good condition I just don't know if this has anything to do with the performance.
-
Do I need to run a mix of race fule with 20cc domes at sea level, or can I get by with running premium. Also, what are the risk of not running enough octane. Does it over heat or what. Thanks again fellas!
-
Yes I just had them bored over, I don't know much about heads I didn't know if the 71mm bore was for the heads or in relation to the cylinders. Let me know What info you need and I'll post whatever, thanks for the help though

I know I have been asking alot of dumb questions but I am trying to build my bike back right. What does all the number and degree mean on heads, like 71 BORE, 21CC, 12 DEGEE ANGLE, I know CC is the dome size for compression, but what does the bore have to do and the 12 degree angle. I just got my bore .40 over a mile dune port with boyseen and stock cards...would this head work for me?
