HKIC Posted September 28, 2007 Report Posted September 28, 2007 everyone is going to tell you sumthing different. but i use honda 2r 32:1  Quote
BellicoseBanshee Posted September 28, 2007 Report Posted September 28, 2007 Keep an eye on your intakes if you continue to use the boost bottle. The intakes may crack at the base of the rubber mounts where the bottle clamps to the intakes. Three of my buddies have had to replace cracked intakes. I am not saying they WILL crack, I am just saying they MAY crack. I would look into a cable lube kit and lubricate your clutch cable and throttle cable. Quote
WALLACE84 Posted September 28, 2007 Report Posted September 28, 2007 everyone is going to tell you sumthing different. but i use honda 2r 32:1  hes talking about tranny oil, not mix oil Quote

Oil Mixture Question Fuel Oil Ratios Oil Ratio Gas Oil Ratio you will find a lot of personal preference involved when selecting oil brand and mixture ratio! Enjoy! Quote
moneybags Posted September 29, 2007 Report Posted September 29, 2007 You could chop those front fenders off. Quote
fastrthnu Posted September 29, 2007 Report Posted September 29, 2007 Rip the bike up n down the road right before you change the oil to suspend any crap that will stick to the bottom and not drain. Quote

moneybags Posted September 30, 2007 Report Posted September 30, 2007 It will take a day to get use to. After that you will say, "why dident I do that a long time ago." Quote
smartsshee22 Posted September 30, 2007 Report Posted September 30, 2007 HKIC is right, everyone is going to have a different opinion. IMO as long as you change it often then any of the oils we all tell you will work fine. I use Catrol 20W50 engine oil in mine and I change it after every weekend trip. Thats me though because I ride her hard out in Glamis and sand is alot of stress on any motor. Hope this helps. Quote
Flanagans twin Posted September 30, 2007 Author Report Posted September 30, 2007 thanks bros, helps alot! ill think about the fenders! Quote
