okbeast Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 I've got a Little Sahara trip planned and still have some stuff to do to the bike b4 we go, which means I have like 4 hours to work on it b4 my buddy gets off work and gets home, so if I had the screws and shit in hand it would very helpful. I'm looking for the thread info on the screws that hold the plastic piece onto the clutch case, and also what size are all the plastic screws? If someone could possibly get those that would be awesome, thanks. Quote
Snopczynski Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 all those screws are 6mm, I dont know the length size on the side cover screws though. Quote

M6, either 1.0 or 1.25 is the pitch...sorry.... Quote
dalegoldston Posted September 27, 2007 Report Posted September 27, 2007 Just order the stainless steel bolt set for the clutch cover. Its all you need. Quote
okbeast Posted September 27, 2007 Author Report Posted September 27, 2007 Sorry, to clear it up for the clutch cover, I mean for the insert piece that goes in it. I need the length for those. I already have the stainless kit for the whole cover. Quote

Snopczynski Posted September 27, 2007 Report Posted September 27, 2007 All the 6mm screws or bolts on a banshee are 6x1.00 thread pitch. The 8mm are 8x1.25 Quote

Snopczynski Posted September 27, 2007 Report Posted September 27, 2007 I think those are 4mm oval heads. They might be 5mm, I cant remeber that one. Quote
