Clutch Lever - Which Is Best?

I need something easier & everyone suggests an EZ Pull Clutch Lever..

Currently running an ASV but I really find no benefit from it.

Clutching is pretty stiff & looking to replace with something smoother.

Since I'm ordering a bunch of parts from FAST I figured I'd order their lever.

Anyone have any thoughts on it, good feedback I hope? Or would you reccomend another lever.

I know about Magura, but that will have to wait for another time.

I just ordered an MSR Pro Raptor from RMATV last week, I like the looks of it but won't know until I install it. Here is the blurb from the website:

* Allows you to choose 3 positions according to your clutch pull and riding style: Easy Pull, Medium Easy Pull, Light Easy Pull .

* Cable adjuster is an anodized pivoting regulator, easy to adjust and reduces cable drag in all positions.

* Vulcanized, exclusive silicon rubber grip for improved control in all weather conditions.

* Needle bearing in lever.

* Available as a standard size or shorty lever.

* Motorcycle only.

Yeah this is the other one with bearing and it pulls very smooth.

Make sure to lube your cable too.

I've ran a bunch of levers. Stock, MSR (not the raptor), magnum EZ pull, and ASV. I prefer the ASV. It has the smoothest pull. I wont run anything but the ASV now.

What are you worried about ...you got a drag bike, you're only using the clutch to stage and launch...then click, click, BOOM (oh, that's my race...LOL)

J/K...

I have the EZ pull lever and perch from Jeff with the roller bearing, it works fine. As said...you'd be surprised how much crap gets in the cable, I usually take paper to make a makeshift funnel, insert it in the end of the clutch cable, and give it some WD40 or Liquid Wrench till it runs out the other end.

Put a dab of grease on the pivot points and the bolt as well. You'd be surprised how much easier it'll pull probably oiled....

We sell a bunch of them and they are cheap and a good addition to any toolbox.

Quick tip: Always lube your new cable too as they dont come with lube! :thumbsup:
