i'm seeing on some banshees people running a small hella or piaa light setup and I was wondering of anyone knew where to get a pair?....if possible id like to get a pair that I wouldnt have to get a ricky stator mod to run it...appreciate any info as always...thx

Right here! Go with the x2 100watt setup and get 200 watt stator. Awesome setup. Amazing brightness!

thx man..I saw thier kits....I was thinking of just going with the 35 watt setup so I wouldnt have to upgrade my stator.....I didnt see any hella covers tho....where can I pick a set of those up at?

Ricky sells good lighting kits with brackets. Your just gonna need 35 watt bulbs if you dont do a stator upgrade.

I run 2 HELLA 500 lights on mine. Just buy the lights on ebay then get the brightest 35w bulbs you can get your hands on.

yea how hard is it to mount one of those the the shee mounting brackets.

you just sandwhich the new hella bracket and a couple of washers in the existing light bracket. Later this winter when I tear my bike down for paint I'm going to remove the stock brackets and make my own.

I use the PIAA 4150K H3 Xtreme White Bulbs in mine. Also you have to wire them to the high beam wires on the bike. Also if you use the existing wiring connectors it makes it very easy to disconnect them if you should need to remove them.

How much better are the Hella 500s?

They are the same as the PIAA ones RS sells, much better then stock. If you buy the Hella 500s, you will need the rbacket that RS sells with their kits otherwise the things will wobble all around. If you call RS tell them you bent the bracket and you need a new one, hey should sell you just the bracket.
