mm is a distance measurement, not volume^^^ I think it's 1.8 quarts if you've just drained it and had the clutch cover off, and 2 quarts if you had the cases apart.

1500 millimeters

Says 1500cm on the side of the case which is 1500 millimeters

its 1500cc's is OEM fill level and I think you meant mililiters.

1500cc = 1500 mililiters

In my factory manual it says 1.5 liters to fill after draining, which is almost exactly 1.5 quarts.

(1L = 1.05 quarts), Nearly identical in this scale. So I always buy 3 liters or quarts of tranny fluid and have enough for 2 changes.

If you have a lockup clutch 2qts on a drain and refil...

Word!

Hey Dave... What tranny fluid are you using?

The override I got from Jeff @ FAST came with instructions how to install it, how to break it in, and what kind/how much fluid to use.

ATF Type F...2 quarts.

2qts on a change in a stock trans builds up to much pressure thus the oil doesnt flow as well. The manual states 1.6qts. I buy 3 quarts Motorex fully synthetic 30wt and have enough for 2 oil changes. This oil is good for wet chutches and will not soak in. I think its the best trans oil money can buy.

Synthetic blend transmission gear fluid for use in all 2-stroke engines with a wet-clutch. Can also be used in 4-stroke engines with a separate transmission and wet clutch. Use wherever 75wt, 80wt, or 85wt Gear Oil for 2-stroke motorcycles is recommended.

SAE 10w/30 (75wt/80wt), API GL-5
